THE GARNER KARATE-DO PROGRAM
Garner Karate-Do teaches traditional Shotokan karate. The program is a no-frills approach to earning rank through hard work and serious practice.
The program stresses traditional values such as discipline and a strong work ethic. Everyone starts at the bottom. Everyone works. Nothing is free. If you listen, practice seriously, and have the right "budo spirit," you will succeed.
WHO CAN DO KARATE?
Anyone from 4 to 104! Providing you have the willingness to learn!
Please bear in mind that Black belt rank is just the beginning. It signifies that you have a basic understanding of the foundations of the art and that you are now ready to become a true student of karate.
